The Daily Good Thing Result

Pearl Warrior is interesting on his debut for Iain Jardine having showing enough in Ireland to suggest he is up to this task, including when scoring at Fairyhouse (good to firm) last summer and a near-miss at Dundalk when last seen in October. He races off just a 2lb higher mark but a much safer option in my opinion is RAYMOND, who made a successful Flat handicap debut with ease over a similar trip at Chelmsford earlier in the month. A three-time winner over hurdles in the autumn, the return to turf is no concern and a 4lb rise for that recent triumph doesn’t look harsh. Kitten’s Dream can beat Red Force One for third place. Though this is Raymond’s first run on turf in this sphere, he’s proven on grass (multiple hurdles winner on good ground) and, with Red Force One and Kitten’s Dream both below par last time.
